At Meraki Beauty Bar, your comfort and safety are our top priority. To keep everything transparent and easy to follow, here are our service policies in one place. Please review them carefully before booking your appointment.
* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure most appointments.
* Deposits are not transferable between services.
* Rescheduling requires a minimum of 72 hours notice to keep your deposit.
* Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
* All new clients must review service-specific eligibility requirements before booking.
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to our Privacy Policy and its terms.
You may not book if you are:
* Pregnant or breastfeeding
* Under 18 years of age (without parental consent)
* On Accutane within the past year
* Using blood thinners, have uncontrolled diabetes, heart conditions, hepatitis, or undergoing chemotherapy
* Recently received Botox (within 3 weeks) or fillers (within 6 weeks)
* Within 1 year: $100
* Within 2 years: 50% off original price
* After 2 years: considered a new service unless otherwise noted
* Cover-up corrections are subject to a $100 fee.
* Avoid Retin-A, chemical exfoliants, or workouts before and after your appointment.
* Do not consume alcohol or blood-thinning medications (Aspirin, Advil, fish oil) at least 72 hours before.
* Follows all permanent makeup eligibility rules above.
* Non-refundable deposit required.
* If you arrive with contraindications, your deposit will be forfeited.
* Photos may be required prior to booking for approval.
Not suitable for clients who are:
* Pregnant or breastfeeding
* Under 18 years of age
* Prone to keloids, or have skin cancer, metal implants in treatment area, hemophilia, heart conditions, or herpes simplex
* On photosensitizing medications, Accutane, or gold salts
* $105 non-refundable deposit required
* 72 hours notice required to reschedule
* Late arrivals or no-shows will result in loss of deposit
* No tanning (natural or self-tanning) for 4 weeks prior
* No alcohol 24 hours before; no blood-thinning meds for 5 days prior
* Loose clothing recommended for body treatments
* Post-care: keep area clean, apply petroleum jelly, avoid sweating/steam/sun exposure for 2 weeks
* Sunscreen (SPF 30+) required after healing period
* A $5 COVID sanitation fee is applied to all services.
