Permanent Makeup (PMU) & Microblading
Risks include allergic reactions, sensitivity, pigment migration, and contraindications with certain skin or health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, skin infections). Clients must disclose medical history.

Lash Extensions & Lash Lift
Warnings about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, eye infections, or irritations. Clients with eye conditions or sensitivities should consult beforehand.

Facials & Advanced Skin Treatments

How do I book my appointment?

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24-48 hours may be treated as a cancellation, with deposit forfeiture.

What is your refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations beyond the 72-hour window are not applicable. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us to discuss.

What happens if I am late for my appointment?

Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of your technician.

Do you offer refunds for dissatisfaction with service?

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. Some corrective measures or touch-ups may be available subject to our policies.

What aftercare is required for lash services?

Avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours, no oil-based products near lashes, and refrain from rubbing or pulling.
