All services have set prices, with add-ons and correction fees clearly listed. 5% GST tax will be included at time of checkout.

Payment:We accept all forms of payment, please note there will be an additional 2.4% charge for all credit card transactions. Cash/E-transfer is preferred.

Eyelash Extensions:
●   Lashes need to have at least 50% USABLE LASHES to be considered a fill.
●  ALL fills are for existing clients ONLY. (If you had your lashes done elsewhere, this will be considered a NEW SET.)
●  Removal of old lashes are waived if new set, however if removal time surpasses 15 minutes, removal fee of $25 will be applied.
●  Please leave a note in booking that you require a lash removal.

Eyelashes/Brow Lamination:
A deposit of $50 is required for all appointments. Arriving for appointments 15 minutes of more late, no shows, or fail to cancel within 24 hours, will result in an AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION and subject will be charged the FULL APPOINTMENT AMOUNT. Clients who are repeatedly late may be required a deposit to secure their next appointment. Appointments past 7PM (after hours) may result to an additional charge.

Permanent Makeup/ Trainings/Laser Tattoo Removal/Facials :
A NON-REFUNDABLE $105 deposit is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Last-minute cancellations, late arrivals, or incomplete eligibility may result in loss of deposit and require a new payment to rebook. This policy allows us to reserve your time and maintain commitment to all clients.

●  Not transferable to other services.
●  Forfeited if more than 15 minutes late or incorrect eligibility (e.g., contraindications).
●  Rescheduling requires communication at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, deposit is lost.
●  Multiple reschedules require new deposit for each instance.

●  Only existing clients are eligible for touch-up rates.

Permanent Makeup Touch-up pricing:
● Brow & Eyeliner complimentary touch-ups offered within 6 weeks for qualifying clients.
●  After 2 years, new pricing applies unless the initial service was an introductory (discounted) rate.
●  If initial appointment was $250 or less, touch-ups after 2 years are priced as a new service; no complimentary touch-up included.
●  Cover-up/color correction incurs an additional $105 fee.
●   Complimentary touch-up is void if:
Pregnancy occurs between initial appointment and follow-up.
Missed due to lockdown periods or out-of-city scheduling.
Touch-ups after two years are billed as a new service unless otherwise stated.

Scalp Micropigmentation Pricing:
● Touch ups are $200/hour rate.

●  Facility is fully licensed and insured; adheres to strict sterilization and PPE guidelines
● Annual health inspection reviewed by the city of Burnaby is passed
●  Clients are required to follow eligibility and pre-care instructions to ensure safe working conditions (e.g., avoid blood thinners, recent Botox/filler, and disclose health conditions).
