Jenny has been a dedicated lash educator since 2017 and has proudly graduated over 50 students. With more than 11 certifications under her belt, her passion for teaching stems from the joy she finds in watching other women succeed, grow, and step confidently into becoming their own boss in the beauty industry.A true perfectionist, Jenny is known for her keen eye for detail and her ability to uplift and encourage those around her. She doesn’t just teach techniques—she builds confidence. Her mentorship style is equal parts precision and empowerment, making her a favorite among aspiring and experienced artists alike.

Jenny has also played a key role in shaping the next generation of educators. She personally mentored Teresa, not only in lash artistry but also in how to effectively teach others. With Jenny’s guidance, Teresa has begun her own journey as a lash educator, carrying forward the same high standards and supportive values.Most of the in-house lash technicians at Meraki Beauty Bar were trained and mentored by Jenny. She specializes in eyelash extensions and keratin lash lifts, and is passionate about helping her students master their craft and thrive in their careers.

Teresa has been one of the Senior Lash Technicians at Meraki Beauty Bar since 2020. Her journey began after experiencing lash extensions for the first time as a client—she was immediately inspired by how transformative the service was. Motivated by her new passion, Teresa enrolled in Jenny’s Classic and Volume Lash Training Courses, where she built a strong foundation in lash artistry. She has provided lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow laminations for over 450 clients, earning a reputation for her attention to detail and her ability to enhance natural beauty with precision and care.

Having learned under Jenny’s guidance, she carries forward the same high standards, ethics, and supportive teaching approach. Her lash training is designed not only to equip students with technical skills, but to empower them with confidence—just as her own journey empowered her.
