Aiko was born and raised in Victoria, BC and moved to Vancouver in 2016. She graduated university with Psychology and began working with at-risk youth. During this time Aiko was also working at a specialized kids clinic with a focus on allergy, endocrinology, occupational therapy, and adolescent medicine. She was also pursuing her photography business on the side. Aiko has always had an interest in the beauty industry, and on a whim she decided to take the course! She has a passion for working with and helping others – and quickly discovered a new way to help others through enhancing clients’ natural beauty. By 2021 Aiko quit her 2 full-time jobs to become a full-time PMU Artist, Marketing Manager, and Educator. Her attention to detail, communication skills, leadership experience, and artistic nature has really helped her exell with clients and students alike. Aiko looks forward to meeting and helping people from all walks of life. She prides herself in providing quality services and results to clients and students. Aiko hopes to create a fun, supportive, inclusive atmosphere for your experience here at Meraki Beauty Bar!
